Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Strategically place candidates for mutual satisfaction, ensuring supportive communication throughout the process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and prepare talent for interview success, aligning candidate aspirations with opportunities.
- New Business Development: Cultivate client relationships through effective communication, converting objections into opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the shipping and maritime industry, including market trends and client needs.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Ranging from £24,000 to £30,000+ (experience-dependent).
- Uncapped Commission: Achievable earnings of up to £60,000 per annum including base salary, commission & bonuses.
