Maritime Management Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lecturer to join our team at Solent University Services Ltd. As a lecturer in maritime management, you will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in maritime management, safety, and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime studies, a Master's degree in a relevant field, and a professional seafarer background with relevant STCW certification. You will also have excellent teaching skills, a recognized teaching qualification, and life support skills.

The role will involve teaching, course development, and assessment, as well as contributing to the academic community through research and scholarship. You will also be required to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.

This role will attract an additional WMA 10% allowance.
