Wildlife Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our team at purovets in West Buckinghamshire. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse range of exotic animals in a state-of-the-art facility.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert care and supporting surgical and medical procedures. You will also be expected to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of medical and residential areas, as well as offering advice, training, and support to students and volunteers.
We require an individual with strong clinical skills, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a passion for animal welfare. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Providing expert care to a wide variety of wildlife patients.
• Supporting surgical and medical procedures, including anaesthetic monitoring and x-ray responsibilities.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of medical and residential areas.
• Offering advice, training, and support to students and volunteers.
Requirements:
- • Qualified Veterinary Nurse or equivalent experience.
• Full valid driving licence (desirable).
• Strength and agility to handle wildlife patients safely (training provided).
