This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Charity Fundraiser and make a real difference in your community. You will be working at local venues and events, encouraging people to join their local Wildlife Trust and support their vital work.

About the Role:
  1. The primary aim of this role is to increase membership numbers and raise awareness about the important work of the Wildlife Trust.
  2. This is a permanent contract with fixed days, including regular weekend days and all bank holidays.

As a Charity Fundraiser, you will be working outdoors, using a gazebo and other display equipment, so an interest in wildlife, conservation, and the environment is desirable. A background in field sales, promotion, or face-to-face fundraising is welcome but not essential.

Benefits:
  1. Estimated hourly rate via commission: £20.
  2. Initial safety net rate: £14 per hour during training/learning period.
  3. Minimum hourly rate: £11 per hour after 60 days.
  4. Quarterly bonus scheme.
