Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, overseeing the entire client experience in relation to our products and services.
* Build in-depth knowledge of customers' business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, building and maintaining trusting relationships.
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth targets and increase customer satisfaction.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base and collaborate with other teams to drive revenue growth.
* Achieve high on-time renewal rates within the existing account base.
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within our CRM system.
* Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving account health.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on account activity and performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
* Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of sales experience focused on growing new business or existing business, preferably in a SaaS environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
* Demonstrative experience with consultative selling techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
