Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment of existing flats in Chester, ensuring that the project is completed within time and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects efficiently and effectively, managing resources and timelines to meet client expectations;
  • Coordinate variation works and material call-offs to minimize delays and costs;
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to policies and procedures;
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they complete their duties to the highest standard;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve set project targets and maintain quality control checks;
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day problems, escalating issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working for main contractors in refurbishment projects;
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certifications;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager position;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
