Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Roehampton Club Ltd. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed schedules and standards, including locker rooms, communal areas, and sports facilities.
  • Ensure the presentation of our facilities is of the highest standard at all times.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including collection and preparation of laundry for collection by our cleaning contractor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
