We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in West Lancashire. As a Senior Adult Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering NHS community mental health services to adults.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
