Job Overview: Childcare and Education Professional Development Role

About the Job:
This is a full-time role working with children from birth to 5 years. You will work alongside qualified Early Years Practitioners and professionals, completing an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. Your mission is to inspire children to unlock their full potential through key skills and values in a safe, nurturing, and fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and observe the progress of assigned children, building positive relationships with them and their families.
- Work as part of a team to provide a fun and stimulating environment.
- Develop creativity and observation skills to create engaging activities for children.

Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) and Maths (Grade 4/C).
- Reliable and flexible approach to contribute positively to the team environment.
- Creativity and observation skills to create a fun and stimulating environment.
- Responsibility and trustworthiness to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children.
- Commitment and motivation to complete coursework and observations.
