Flourish Education: Dedicated Primary Teaching Role

We are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Primary Teacher to join our client's school, a reputable primary school with a GOOD OFSTED rating.

This rewarding position requires an individual with experience in teaching Key Stage 2, holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and possessing excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with the teacher assistant to maintain a productive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide projects
Attractive Compensation Package:
  • A competitive daily rate of up to £223.62, corresponding to approximately £43,607 per annum based on a 5-day week
