Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Waste Management Operator to join our team at Tradebe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading 770ltr wheeled bins onto and off vehicles, operating processing machinery, and safely operating industrial cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload 770ltr wheeled bins onto and off vehicles.
  • Operate processing machinery with a high level of attention and responsibility.
  • Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and industrial vacuums.
  • Work with Supervisor to maintain maximum output for the plant.
  • Use downtime to improve the site cleanliness and safety.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of waste management would be an advantage, but training will be given.
  • Previous plant/factory experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
  • A forklift licence would be beneficial, but training can be given.
  • Good standard of English, written and verbal.
