Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise.

  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating your commitment to kitchen safety.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcasing your culinary expertise.
