We are a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans, aiming to reach £1 billion turnover in 5 years. Our team is based in Widnes, part of the United Living Group's Infrastructure division, and we need someone to support us in delivering projects efficiently.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for coordinating site events, updating trackers and schedules, and ensuring that all procedures and quality requirements are met. This includes creating and maintaining documents, managing database downloads, and preparing handover packs (HOPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating site events to deliver projects site by site
  • Supporting the build manager with general administrative tasks
  • Creating and maintaining electronic and hard copy files
  • Updating internal trackers and schedules
  • Inputting site data into client systems where necessary
  • Database downloads from client systems
  • Preparing handover packs (HOPs) and uploading within agreed SLAs
  • Managing quote research and PO approval processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to allocate resources
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft packages
  • Experience in the telecommunications or similar industry
  • Familiarity with client tools and reports
  • Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint, Business Central skills advantageous

Our estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. The position is full-time and permanent, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday in our Widnes office.
