About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Commercial Data Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site events, managing files, and updating internal trackers and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all site events to deliver projects on a site-by-site basis.
  • Provide general support administration as requested by the build manager.
  • Manage file creation and maintenance, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Update internal trackers and schedules.
  • Input site data into internal and client systems where required.
  • Download client system drawings, surveys, and data sheets from databases.
  • Create and issue method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans.
  • Prepare handover packs (HOPs) and upload them within agreed SLAs.
  • Research quotes and approve Purchase Orders.
  • Request allocation of internal resources.
  • Collate job pack information to issue to operative team leads.
  • E nsure company procedures and quality requirements are met.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team on financial impact.
  • Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and respectfully.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Set a good example by working safely.
  • Take reasonable care of yourself and others.
  • A dopt a positive attitude, cooperate, and assist the company in all aspects of Health, Safety, and the Environment.
  • Understand and help implement health and safety policies and arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience in Telecommunications or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with client tools and reports.
  • Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint, Business Central skills advantageous.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
