Supporting Education - Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary academy in Grimsby and play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Main Duties
  • Collaborate with teachers to prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Support pupils with special educational needs or behavioral challenges
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Establish effective relationships with teachers, pupils, and parents
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the UK Curriculum and its application
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us
  • Eligibility to work in the UK; unfortunately, we cannot sponsor Visas
Remuneration and Benefits
