Our 12-month Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to work on real-time projects alongside leading scientists and engineers, while gaining hands-on experience in electronics hardware development.

What You'll Do

You'll be encouraged to gain experience in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, applied research, and test. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as developing practical skills in advanced design techniques for aerospace applications, understanding key technologies, and using ECAD tools and test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for learning the skills required for hardware development, including developing practical skills in advanced design techniques for aerospace applications, understanding key technologies, and using ECAD tools and test equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to explore various aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and definition, hardware design, hardware implementation, hardware integration, hardware test, and through-life support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with a minimum of an upper Second-class Bachelor's/Integrated Masters degree or a higher degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or another relevant STEM discipline. You'll be working within world-class facilities, and you may be working in an office or lab environment or a combination of both.
