Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in leading and motivating the Kitchen Team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Take full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within our on-site restaurants and bars.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and guests.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining, breakfast, conferences, and banqueting environment.
  • Knowledge of sports nutrition and ability to develop menus that cater to diverse dietary needs.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
