About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Job Description:
  • Provide expert support and guidance to our HSE team, Construction Directors, Contracts Managers, and site teams on health and safety matters.
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our organisation's health and safety policies and management systems.
  • Promote and implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures across all developments, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Lead accident/incident investigations, producing detailed reports with root cause analysis.
  • Be responsible for all on-site health, safety, and environmental issues.
Requirements:
  1. Holding HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH and IOSH is essential.
  2. Previous experience within the groundworks/construction/house building sector is required.
  3. Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is necessary.
  4. A strong management team will provide training and mentoring opportunities for growth and development.
