Starbucks Shift Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks Store in Budbrooke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring a smooth operation, and promoting sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
