Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Starbucks store, leading and engaging the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
