Inclusion and Well-being Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion and Well-being Practitioner to join our team at CV-Library. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the independence and well-being of two individuals with autism living in the Muscliffe area.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to use alternative methods such as PECs boards and Signalong to promote independence and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing good life skills and independence when living in the community
- Maintaining accurate records regarding care plans, finances, appointments, and medication
- Following the support plan in place for each individual, adapting it as required based on changes in behavior
- Providing elements of personal care, including hygiene prompts, bathing, and washing
**Requirements:**
- Experience supporting people with autism or complex care needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use alternative methods
- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and sleep-ins
**Estimated Salary:** £22,500 per annum
