Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver groupwork sessions for young people, focusing on issue-based topics to promote wellbeing and development.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Co-op, Children's Services, and the community to ensure young people's needs are met.
  • Engage with young people in a creative and confident manner, fostering positive relationships.
