Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Youth Support Worker at Southside Youth Hub in Whiteway, Bath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver programs of youth work that meet the needs of young people.
  • Lead and manage the running of sessions, including managing a small staff team and volunteers.
  • Support the development and implementation of youth work strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide a comprehensive range of services for young people.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth work, including program development and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with young people, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
