Night Shift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong health and safety culture within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of innovation.
- HND/HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong health and safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proficiency in using CMMS and Microsoft Office, with relevant training in areas such as manual handling and confined space.
