Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team at Reed. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present financial reports, including management accounts and financial statements.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.
- Prepare for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, reflective of experience.
