Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Educational Behaviour Support Professional to deliver person-centred support to individuals who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and mental health problems.
Contract/Position Details:Location: Wilmslow
Start date: Immediately
Position: Behavioural Support Worker
Full-time, 8:30am to 3:30pm daily
- Experience working with children and young people who display challenging behaviour
- De-escalation training would be advantageous
- Candidates from youth work backgrounds or similar roles will be considered
- Confidence to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students
- Empathy and understanding
- Willingness to enhance skills with professional training and development

To Be Eligible for This Role:- Hold Right to Work in the UK
