We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Southampton. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
  • Restock bathroom and bedroom items to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Report any defects or issues to the Head of Department
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
