About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication.
What You'll Do
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide support with managing their condition
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide exceptional care and support services
