Employee Relations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an ER specialist, you will be responsible for leading on ER cases from investigation to completion, covering all aspects of ER, and providing clear advice to line managers and coaching through any investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion, including complex ER cases
  • Cover all aspects of ER, including sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews, and long-term absence
  • Provide clear advice to line managers and coaching through any investigations
  • Attend hearings where necessary
  • Assist with any restructure, redundancy, or TUPE cases that arise
About the Role:

This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work on-site 1-2 days a week and is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an ER specialist, you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law.

You will be customer-focused and value-driven, able to provide an excellent service to employees and managers and create great working relationships.
