About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our successful team at haart Estate Agents in Wembley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings team to achieve exceptional results and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, and provide opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, and develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers and agreements
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a positive team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to the branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
  • Basic salary of £20,000 to £32,000, dependent on experience
  • £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, while building the pipeline
