Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Infrastructure Developer at Eazzi Recruitment, your primary responsibility will be to design, deploy, and maintain voice infrastructure solutions for our clients. This includes installing and commissioning VoIP and cloud systems, troubleshooting issues remotely or onsite, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Your expertise in SIP, Voice Gateways, SBC, and VoIP will be crucial in this position. Additionally, you must have experience working with network protocols such as TCP/IP and QoS. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation are also essential. A full UK driving licence is required for occasional travel within the UK.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonuses and benefits package including 31 days holiday, private healthcare, and enhanced pension after 6 months. You will also enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements with three days spent in our Glasgow HQ. Additional perks include free broadband and a monthly allowance.
