Job Title: Financial Advisor Associate

A seasoned financial professional is sought after to join a global organisation prioritising clients, offering unmatched service and an approach tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulated advice on financial areas like pension transfers, investment taxation and structure suitability, with a focus on asset allocation recommendations and suitability reports.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (DOE), plus 2 annual discretionary bonuses + extensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client finances for suitable asset allocation.
  • Analyse prospective client objectives, portfolio holdings, time-horizon and cash flow needs.
  • Review and develop plans for complex client situations.
  • Evaluate existing pension and investment bond arrangements for transfer suitability.
  • Lead training sessions and contribute to projects enhancing PCA Group efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or Investment Advice Diploma preferred.
  • At least 3 years of financial services experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional understanding of portfolio management philosophies and financial planning principles.
