Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the operation of the GEC, Board and Group Risk Committees BCB updates, writing and reviewing Executive and Board papers.
  • Engage senior key customers including the Group Chief Executive Office, BU offices, and other Group functions.
  • Build and maintain external and internal networks to influence the strategic agenda.
  • Lead and/or direct 'special projects' ensuring alignment with Group and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Deep commercial understanding of the Business & Commercial Banking business.
  • Experience in compliance with the regulatory system and high standards of conduct.
  • Ability to make sound decisions that balance short-term needs and long-term goals.
  • Ability to use analytical tools and techniques to formulate business plans.
