Estate Agency Business Developer

At Spicerhaart, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Estate Agency Partners. As a Partner, you'll have the opportunity to build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to grow your business
- Build and maintain local relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage your own diary and work schedule to meet business goals
- Competitive basic salary and uncapped commission
- Profit share and company car allowance
- Pension scheme and access to industry-leading training and coaching
- Flexibility to work from home and in an office environment
- At least 4 years of estate agency experience
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Proof of address and national insurance number
