About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Gold Group. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks including testing, component level assembly and rework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support various tasks including testing, component level assembly and rework.
  • Ideally have exposure / bias towards RF technology across the full product life cycle.
  • Good team player and willing to play your part in a high performing and welcoming team.
Requirements
  • Ideally, degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience) with experience in electronic design, development and delivery; preferably in defence or related industry.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of electronic technologies and products.
  • Familiar with RF circuits and components across a wide range of frequencies.
  • Practical skills - soldering, fault finding and RF component level assembly.
  • Use of RF Laboratory Test Equipment - Spectrum Analysers, VNA's, Power meters.
  • Ability to use CAD software such as KiCAD or ORCAD.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to produce high quality written reports and presentations to internal and external customers.
