Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans, ensuring the needs of customers are met
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver small group activities, promoting recovery and well-being
- Assess and review customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Communicate effectively with customers, respecting their personal choice, privacy, and dignity
- Previous experience of working with adults with mental health needs
- Ability to relate and empathise with individuals with mental health issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
