About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans, ensuring the needs of customers are met
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver small group activities, promoting recovery and well-being
  • Assess and review customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Communicate effectively with customers, respecting their personal choice, privacy, and dignity
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with adults with mental health needs
  • Ability to relate and empathise with individuals with mental health issues
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
