The Role

Your role is pivotal in driving our mission's success within the IMDS OMC. You'll be the primary point of contact, supporting our customers by scheduling appointments and addressing their concerns. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service is crucial. Additionally, you'll contribute to driving social media campaigns that generate more appointments for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, scheduling metering appointments and gaining valuable insights into their concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and databases, providing valuable analysis to stakeholders to aid in performance management reviews, ensuring we meet our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in scheduling and planning work activities, helping us efficiently serve our customers.

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills, especially over the phone, and proficiency in IT are essential. Ideally, you have expertise in SAP and Genesys, which are the primary methods for booking and customer interactions.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support our customers, along with familiarity with other customer communication channels, such as social media, self-service, and email, are a plus.
