Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage commissions of varying sizes, from feasibility studies to final cost reports
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Provide expert advice on cost planning, estimating, and budgeting
  • Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines
Key Performance Indicators
  • Deliver high-quality cost management services that meet client expectations
  • Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Chartered status or equivalent
