Warehouse Administrator Opportunity

Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Compliance: Chase missing documents and ensure timely uploads.
  • Damage and Customer Claims: Investigate and resolve claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Accurately enter contractor, internal, and agency hours on the WHS system.
  • WHS and Driver Data Entry: Report figures and maintain accurate records.
  • Driver and Customer Interaction: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on volumes and costings to management.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Excel and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Reliability and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
