Warehouse Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment compliance, chasing missing documents and ensuring timely uploads
  • Investigate damage and customer claims, providing prompt resolutions
  • Enter contractor, internal, and agency hours into our WHS system for payroll purposes
  • Accurately record and report WHS and driver data, providing valuable insights to management
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors and management through effective communication
  • Provide regular reporting on volumes and costings to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in computer software
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to work
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
