We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team at Nuco Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating within care homes and social housing properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Own van for transportation to job sites.
- Professional tools and equipment for the job.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in social housing maintenance and painting.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 8 hour shift, day shift.
- Pay: £20.00 per hour.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social housing maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in painting.
