Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Manager to ensure our website, which is based on Shopify, runs smoothly, is visually appealing, and delivers an excellent customer experience. This is a key role in maintaining the digital face of our brand and ensuring a seamless user journey for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Website Maintenance & Updates:

  • Manage and update the website regularly to reflect new products, promotions, and seasonal changes.
  • Perform routine website audits to ensure all pages, links, and images are functioning correctly.
  • Implement small bug fixes, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers for complex issues.
  • Maintain and optimize product pages, collections, and landing pages.

Content Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure banners, visuals, and messaging align with the brand's strategy.
  • Ensure product descriptions and website content reflect brand tone and objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track and analyse website performance metrics such as load time, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize website speed and usability to improve the customer experience and SEO performance.
  • A/B test various elements of the website to improve user engagement and sales.
  • Continuously improve the design and functionality.

Shopify Management:

  • Configure Shopify settings, apps, and integrations as needed.
  • Ensure all Shopify payment systems and checkout processes are running smoothly.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, sales events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure website is aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates and new features to continuously enhance the site.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably on Shopify.
  • Strong technical knowledge of website management and Shopify functionality.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of web design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the jewellery or fashion e-commerce industry.
  • SEO knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
