Job Title: Adults Data Analyst

At Schneider Electric Norge AS, we are seeking a highly skilled Adults Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data structures into actionable insights that drive our strategy and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ETL Process Management: Manage ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes using Alteryx and other tools, ensuring a deep understanding of data architecture and the ability to maintain and monitor data workflows.
  • Business Engagement: Collaborate with the Business Engagement team to help the business understand and solve their challenges, supporting their strategy with data-related initiatives.
  • Data Strategy: Contribute to the data strategy, support the transition to new data sets, and contribute to the implementation of new data architecture, including documentation, data validation, and readiness assessments.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with IT and data security teams to ensure adherence to data governance and security policies.
  • UAT Testing: Conduct UAT testing on datasets and during the implementation of software updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: A University Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Python and ETL tools, such as Alteryx or Informatica.
