Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data structures, transforming them into actionable insights, and driving business strategy and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes using Alteryx and other tools, understanding the fundamentals of data architecture, and being able to maintain and monitor data workflows.
  • Work with the Business Engagement team to help the business understand and solve their challenges, supporting their strategy with data-related initiatives.
  • Understand and contribute to the data strategy, support the transition to new data sets, and contribute to the implementation of new data architecture, including documentation, data validation, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with IT and data security teams to ensure adherence to data governance and security policies.
  • Conduct UAT testing on datasets and during the implementation of software updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data architecture.

Education:

  • A University Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • (Desirable) Experience with Python and ETL tools, such as Alteryx or Informatica.
