Job Summary
Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to join our team. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Medical Records Department to ensure an effective and efficient case note filing and extraction service to all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital.
- Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and ensure their effective transportation to the relevant department(s), inclusive of filing upon completion.
- Ensure a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Highly organized and accurate with the ability to work well to tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Good communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
