About the Job:

You will be responsible for designing, modelling, and developing innovative antenna solutions for fast jets, UAVs, naval, and land systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure antenna designs meet system requirements and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, model, and develop innovative antenna solutions for various platforms
  • Test and evaluate antenna performance in simulated environments, including anechoic chambers and real-world conditions
What We Need from You:
  • Familiarity with EM modelling software and practical laboratory skills is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies is crucial
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus and a Temporary Accommodation Allowance for those moving more than 40 miles for the role. Additionally, you will be entitled to a company-funded benefits package, including access to private healthcare, dental schemes, and technology options.
