About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Investment Management team as an Investment Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills in investment management support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Investment Managers, including preparing and maintaining client records, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the production of client presentations and proposals, and provide support in the creation of investment proposals and reports.
  • Ensure all duties and tasks are completed within relevant rules, compliance regulations, and in-house policies and procedures.
  • Undertake dealing transactions under the guidance and supervision of the Investment Manager(s), requiring a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Prepare and provide clients and/or intermediaries with information and reports as required.
  • Form effective and efficient relationships with other team members to enable the smooth running of team procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within investment or wealth management.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • CISI Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
