Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading residential and heritage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage residential and heritage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement design strategies, working closely with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered/RIBA qualified with 5-7 years of post-Part Three UK-based architectural experience.
  • Proven track record of working on residential and heritage projects, with a strong portfolio of designs and achievements.
  • Excellent leadership and technical skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD, with experience working across the RIBA stages.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation and sustainability.
