Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Braintree site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the basic condition of our equipment through reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain equipment to a good engineering standard
  • Support breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Drive a safe culture and eliminate safety risks
  • Ensure all work is completed following GMP and safe systems of work
  • Demonstrate mechanical comprehension and problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in planned preventative asset maintenance and root cause analysis tools. You must also have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
