Job Title: Apprentice Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team at Example Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our clients in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Buxton areas.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and qualified Gas Engineer to work on an ongoing service and repair contract with a national heating contractor. You will be responsible for performing annual service visits, landlord gas safety records, and repairs, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform annual service visits and landlord gas safety records
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on gas appliances and systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve contract targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Side Van (plain or sign written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • GBP2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions
